At Cut-Splice, we do our best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. Traffic, weather, accidents, etc. - we get it. With that being said - we will try our hardest to get your service done if you happen to be running late, however, after the fifteen minute mark your appointment is subject to change depending on the stylists discretion/appointments that are proceeding yours. Please understand this is never a "punishment," as it is only to prevent cutting into the time of future appointments scheduled that day. We thank you in advance for your consideration!
Please be considerate when cancelling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. If you do need to cancel, we ask you give at least a 24 hour notice. As of January 1st, 2018, we will be implementing a cancellation charge that is 100% of the original appointment total. This will only apply to clients who no show, or cancel within the 24 hour window. Rescheduling within 24hrs of the appointment may result in a 50% charge of the original appointment as well.
Credit Card / Tip Policy
As of January 1st, 2018, we will no longer be able to give cash back on debit cards. We will be switching over credit card processing, and we will also be requiring credit card capture for appointments booked online. Cash back/card tipping will not be applicable, so please, we ask if you'd like to leave gratuity - bring cash or a personal check. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix please call ASAP. Any inquiries after two weeks from the original appointment will not be considered for a redo.
